There’s something about me…

I’m a 34 year old Canadian-born Malteser living in Malta. Life is made for living it happily and surrounded by what makes us smile and laugh. It’s too short to waste away and every minute must be lived fully. I’ve learnt that the fewer the friends, the better, and sometimes it takes a bad thing happening to show you, who is truly worth being called a friend. I love clothes and fashion and I love the thrill of finding that something that makes you feel so special when you put it on. So yes, I guess I’m a bit vain as well. I’m moody and stubborn as a mule, and can drive the people in my life crazy at times. When I love, I give it my all, and I’ve been lucky because I’ve found my perfect partner. We’ve been together for 9+ years, we got married on the 3rd of July 2010 and became proud parents to our perfect little Cesca on July 1st 2011. We’re now expecting our second baby in October 2014 – scared but excited 😉

I moved to England in 2010 and we all returned back to our home island of Malta in 2013. It was a tough move, but things have finally calmed down and we are finally living a settled life!

I can be possessive and jealous, however I trust whole-heartedly. I’m a dreamer and love books. I prefer saying things out openly than keeping them bottled in inside. Life has taught me that I’m much stronger than I used to think, and I’ve learnt that what doesn’t kill you, does make you stronger.

So take a look around my blog. I hope you enjoy reading my posts and I would truly appreciate any feedback – be it positive or negative! Feel free to contact me

  1. Hello friend I very much like your philosophy of life “Life is made for living it happily and surrounded by what makes us smile and laugh. It’s too short to waste away and every minute must be lived fully.”
My good wishes to you both and your little one!

  2. I have just started reading a biography about Chanel by Lisa Chaney and thought about you, if you are interested in fashion it is an interesting read about how determined she was in setting up her business and the philosophy behind her style.
    Keep up the writing:)

    • Thanks so much dear! I will definitely look up that book – it sounds really inspiring, and I’m always looking out for a new read!
